The magic behind Juanchi’s Burger began with our founder Juan Carlos Aoun back in the year 2000. It all started in Caracas, Venezuela’s baseball fields as Juan’s personal desire to serve the best quality product with 100% fresh meat and the best ingredients right into a 1/2 pound Burger.
Juan Carlos developed the meat, bread, sauces and equipment, to create an impact during the baseball season. He also focused on special sauces that did the magic – caper, curry, bbq, honey mustard, sweet relish. As the lines grew longer in the Stadium, Juan decided to undertake his own dream of taking through the Hamburger world. And he did. Juanchis Burger was a big a success in Venezuela.
Juanchi’s later expanded to Aruba in the Caribbean and to Brooklyn in New York. As Juanchi’s concept evolves and changes, our burgers remain our legacy. Juanchi’s has mastered the art of handcraft burgers as well as an exquisite selection of craft beers. Our interiors and ambience are quite unique as we allow independent artists to use the space as their canvas. Music is big for us and so is community. This is how we shed light upon our slogan – Juanchi’s is about building culture and leaving a legacy.
We continue to grow, always looking back and remembering our small beginnings. It has all been about daring to dare and listening to a few words that sum it all up: “No guts, no glory”.
